A Face Mask made from your Pantry in 3 easy steps.
No matter how many different masks I try from the shops, this one always makes my skin super soft!
It hasn’t got any junky chemicals or perfumes and you most likely have it in your kitchen, right now.
What I also love about this mask is my teens use it and they’ve had no bad reaction to their young skin, PLUS it’s great for teenage pimples and also my mature skin and melasma ( I add the squeeze of lemon)….there are a ton of masks targeted at teenagers that have the worst ingredients I’ve ever seen, so do your family a favour and try this one out 🙂
- 1 x Big tablespoon of Yoghurt (I like the solid greek type)
- 1 x Teaspoon of honey
- 1 x Big tablespoon of oats
- A squeeze of lemon (optional)
If you have super sensitive skin, don’t add the lemon
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, apply to your face and leave for 10 to 15 mins until the yoghurt turns transparent. Then add a little water to your hands and gently massage the oats like a scrub all over your face until the mask is nearly all gone. Wash your face and pat dry. This is when I use Jojoba oil and press onto my damp skin Voila! Super soft skin like a baby’s butt 🙂
